AI Clean Flow is a specialized utility application designed to facilitate efficient organization and management of photo albums on iOS devices. The User is expressly prohibited from engaging in any activity designed to circumvent the App's security measures or tamper with its functionality.
All intellectual property rights associated with the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technologies, are owned exclusively by the Account Holder.
Users (including competitors) are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of malicious defamation or submitting unwarranted negative reviews designed to damage the App's reputation.
Subscription fees for the App are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's subscription rules and policies.
The User acknowledges that the App may undergo modifications, maintenance, upgrades, or other changes that may result in interruptions of the Service.
The User is advised that each deletion in the App will be prompted for secondary confirmation. In the event of an accidental deletion, the User shall bear full responsibility for the consequences.
If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to have an initial friendly communication via email. In the event of no resolution, the user reserves the right to seek legal remedies in the local court of the account holder.
The user should be formally informed that the application developer reserves the right to modify this agreement when necessary. The user will be notified of any changes through updates in the provided link.
